Privacy

Desktop Luxury collects the information you submit to its pre-launch forms, such as your name, email address, country, product interest, and stated backer intent. This may also include optional written details about the features, capacity, cleaning, materials, or other product needs that matter to you.

How we use information

We use it to send requested development and Kickstarter launch updates, understand campaign demand, evaluate Founding VIP fit, guide product decisions, prevent abuse, and improve our pages. We may also store attribution details such as referral page, campaign parameters, and advertising click identifiers.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may use infrastructure, analytics, email, and advertising providers to operate the site and measure campaigns. Those providers process data for us under their own contractual and security obligations. Optional written product responses are stored with your lead and are not sent as event properties to analytics or advertising platforms.

Retention and choices

We retain pre-launch information while the campaign is being developed and for a reasonable period afterward. Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe method. You may also request access or deletion by replying to an email from Desktop Luxury. Public-site analytics starts automatically unless your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.

VIP commitment intent

A Founding VIP request records your intent to complete a separate $50 commitment after reviewing final terms. If invited, you may receive a secure payment link by email. VIP status begins only after that payment is completed. Requesting access does not create a reservation or guarantee the planned $200 additional Kickstarter savings.

Kickstarter

Joining this list does not create a Kickstarter account, pledge, payment, reservation, or guarantee of a reward. Kickstarter will apply its own privacy terms if you later visit or back a campaign there.
